01What counts as one piece of content?
One content piece means one finished primary asset, such as:
One Reel / TikTok / YouTube Short
One photography post
One carousel
One designed promotional post
Posting the same finished Reel across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts does not count as three separate pieces.
Short-form videos are typically designed to be approximately 15–45 seconds depending on the concept.
Longer videos, campaign films, interviews and more complex productions are quoted separately.
02What’s the difference between standard Reels and Hero Content?
Not every piece of social content needs to be a commercial production. Monthly packages combine polished content with faster social-first pieces so your brand can maintain both quality and consistency.
Standard short-form content may include:

Behind-the-scenes content
Offers and promotions
Trending or reactive content
Business showcases
Quick educational content
Product or service demonstrations
More advanced Hero Content involving complex lighting, extensive creative direction, advanced motion graphics, specialist production or larger campaign concepts can be added separately.
03What’s not included in a package?
Unless specifically agreed beforehand, packages do not include:
Models or talent fees
Makeup artists or stylists
Studio/location hire
Props or specialist equipment
Travel outside the agreed production area
Paid advertising budget
Influencer fees
Advanced VFX or animation
Voice-over artists
Daily community management
Raw footage
These can be arranged and quoted separately where required.
04Will I receive the raw footage?
Raw footage is not included as standard. Clients receive professionally edited and colour-graded final content.
If raw footage is required, this should be agreed before production and may involve an additional fee depending on the project and amount of footage.
05How do revisions work?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the original agreed concept, including changes to:

Music
Selected shots
Basic graphics
Colour adjustments
A revision does not include creating an entirely new concept or substantially rebuilding an approved edit.
Additional revision rounds can be quoted separately.
06How and when will my content be delivered?
Standard content is normally delivered through an online gallery or file-transfer service.
Delivery schedules are agreed before production and depend on the volume and complexity of the project.
Priority or expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
07How do monthly partnerships work?
Monthly packages are designed as ongoing content partnerships.
A 3-month initial commitment is recommended so there is enough time to establish the visual direction, test content and understand what performs best for your audience.
After the initial period, packages can continue monthly.
Unused production time or content does not automatically roll into the following month unless agreed beforehand.
08How do I book or reschedule a shoot?
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or first monthly payment has been received.
Production dates are reserved specifically for each client, so reasonable notice is required when rescheduling.
Full booking, cancellation and usage terms are provided before work begins.
