What we collect
When you use the Rooster Egg enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, business or brand, email address, website or Instagram handle, the service you are interested in, your message and your budget range.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, understand what your business needs and prepare a suitable conversation or proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before a potential contract.
Where it goes
The form is handled by Netlify, which stores the submission and sends an email notification to Rooster Egg. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. The form does not ask for sensitive personal information; please do not include any in your message.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for responding and managing a possible working relationship, normally no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner where applicable.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for inaccuracies to be corrected, request deletion or object to a particular use. Contact hello@roosteregg.studio.
